E-Mail FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How do I set up 2 email boxes in Windows 3.1?

When you click on the Internet Mail icon, a screen will appear asking for 'login' and 'password'. Each time you type a different login
name and password, this will create a new mailbox. When the 'new mailbox' opens up you will need to configure it to receive mail.

Now the Internet Configuration Wizard will gather some information:
1. Click Next
2. Name: Your 'Real Name" Eg: John & Jane Doe
3. Email Address: support@chesco.com 'support' is my username.
4. Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.chesco.com
5. Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.chesco.com
6. Email Account: support "TAKE NOTE", 'support' is my username and my email account-Both mean the same thing.
7. Password: XXXXXXXX (Don't think I was going to give you my password)
8. Click Finish. Congratulations! You have just created another mail box.

Doing it this way you can have up to 4 mail boxes under one icon.
